As The Transformation Company, we are also consistently developing our own processes, structures and service offerings. With the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), we have broadened and rejuvenated our operational management.
In addition to our team of partners, which includes Olaf Arndt, Susanne Arndt, Dr Dirk Barghop, Egbert Deekeling, Michael Fuchs and Volker Heck, a powerful management team has been formed to steer and further develop the advisory areas and the operative processes.
On the ELT, Serkan Agci, Julika Benz, Sebastian Hering, Jeanette Meier, Daniela Münster, Christoph Schlüter and Cathrin Sengpiehl have responsibility across locations. They report to Senior Partner Olaf Arndt.
Focus of the team members:
Olaf Arndt heads the team and ensures close cooperation with the partner circle, which, among other things, decides on the strategic direction of H/Advisors Deekeling Arndt.
As Berlin office manager, Serkan Agci is responsible for our Public Affairs unit and also for marketing at H/Advisors Deekeling Arndt.
Julika Benz is head of the Change unit. She is also responsible for organisational development and innovation at H/Advisors Deekeling Arndt.
As authorised signatory and CFO, Sebastian Hering is responsible for finances, administration, legal affairs and IT.
As Head of People & Culture, Jeanette Meier is in charge of HR work ranging from recruiting and onboarding to HR planning and development, training and HR cooperation.
Daniela Münster manages the International Hub of H/Advisors Deekeling Arndt from the Frankfurt office and coordinates international cooperation in the H/Advisors Network.
Christoph Schlüter, who is also based at the Frankfurt office, is responsible for business development initiatives.
Cathrin Sengpiehl leads the Corporate unit and takes care of networking across teams and locations. She is also responsible for sustainability at H/Advisors Deekeling Arndt.
