H/Advisors Deekeling Arndt hosts event at SCM conference

As the host of an event that took place on the evening before the Internal Communications Conference of the SCM - School for Communication and Management, we put the topic of our Transformation Quarterly up for discussion. After a break due to Covid, we were once again able to host this event and were delighted to welcome around 70 invitees who gave us a full house. The panel was made up of high-profile speakers Anja Fischer from Microsoft and Janna Schneidewindt from RWE. The panel was hosted by our Managing Director Stephan Rammelt, who provided the impetus for the discussion.

An exciting and lively exchange took place both on the podium and with the audience on the following topics:

  • Beware of transformation - why we internal communications experts are responsible for co-shaping the narrative more than ever before

  • Beware of the news trap - why only focusing on stories and news can be dangerous for Internal Communications

  • Beware of fixating on certain channels - why we must not rely on corporate channels alone

  • Beware of the change gap - why change should not lie between the chairs of IC / HR / Strategy

We have summarised the key statements for you in a video (in German):

The speakers are:

  • Anja Fischer, Employee Communications & Engagement Lead, Microsoft
  • Janna Schneidewindt, Head of Internal Communications, RWE
  • Stephan Rammelt, Managing Director H/Advisors Deekeling Arndt (until end of August 2023)
